TWB have been established for over 30 years and have always specialised in Will preparation; it is not an element of our business, it is our business.

The Will Bureau is at the forefront of its profession. Over many years our staff have established The Will Bureau’s (TWB) reputation for excellent service combined with sound practical advice and sympathetic attention to our clients’ needs.

You need a Will to ensure that your intentions for your estate are carried out, and that your heirs lose as little as possible in tax. Through the Wills we have prepared, we have saved our clients’ estates many thousands of pounds which would otherwise have been lost to the tax system. By making a Will, you are also helping your family by simplifying the administration of your estate and saving them time, unnecessary stress and cost.

Speak with us about preparing or renewing your Will if any or all of the following apply:-

  • you own property (whether in England, Wales or elsewhere ;

  • you have children, especially if they are under the age of18;

  • you have specific funeral wishes;

  • you already know your estate will attract inheritance tax;

  • you have a partner, but not married/in a civil partnership;

  • you have a complex family setup, such as second marriage and/or step-children;

  • you want to make provisions for friends, charities or other organisations;

  • you want to prevent a particular person from inheriting
